In January I finished 19 books, including 7 physical books, 2 ebooks, and 10 audiobooks. I also DNF 1 ebook. What a great way to start the year! My reading slowed down a bit the last couple weeks of January, but I am very happy with all the reading I did this month.

2021 READING GOAL PROGRESS
At the beginning of the year, I shared my 2021 reading goals. When I post my wrap up at the end of each month, I also want to reflect on the progress I’m making toward reaching my goals.
Read 100 books: 19/100
Finish 5 series in progress: 0/5 – I did not finish any series that I started before 2021. However, by reading Tarnished Empire I am currently caught up with the published books in the Dark Shores series.
Read 12 graphic novels: 1/12 – House of El
Read 12 books of poetry/verse: 1/12 – the princess saves herself in this one
Read 6 nonfiction books: 1/6 – Hollywood Park
Read 3 classics: 0/3
Reread 10 books: 2/10 – Ready Player One and From Blood and Ash
Host monthly backlist buddy reads: 1/12 – The Shadows Between Us! This book was so fun to read and discuss with friends! My February pick is Kingdom of the Wicked. Comment on this Instagram post if you would like to join!
I feel great about the start of 2021, and I am so excited to read many more amazing books this year!
